There are plenty of distractions that will divert your attention when you are arguing. It’s tempting to give in to these distractions just to get away from the stress, but this is not going to work. You have to listen actively – show that you are paying attention and maintaining eye contact.
3. Always Bring Out The Positive
It’s challenging to even look at the positive outcome that can result from a conflict but you have to train yourself to do so. Focusing on the good always ensures that your relationship will be fixed even after every fight.
